N.B. All prices ex gst

Call outs & small jobs

Half day rate                 = $680 applies to all call outs up to 4 hrs including travel time

Full day rate                  =  $1220 applies after 4 hrs. Day rate from 07:00 to 15:00 hrs

Prices                              = are per day or half day per person

Turn away FEE= $250 per person if bookings are not cancelled in writing 12

hours prior to start time.

Travel and mileage charges

Travel                             =$57/person/hr

Mileage                          =$0.65/km/vehicle for all travel outside of the Metropolitan Melbourne Area or if it takes more than 50km or an hour from our home base.

​

Collection     = All collection costs for late and disputed payments charged at our day rates as it takes us away from productive time.

At our discretion the above charges will be applied to do quotes as we find each job can be very different and these need a site visit before quoting.

Chip & brick face Tinting Prices

This pricing is based on applying tints while on site or during brick cleaning.  Also applies if jobs are within 5 minutes of each other.

Chip and brick face tinting

While on site                      = $300/colour.

Applies only to the larger obvious chips and brick face without colour. Typically less than 100 per site.

window sill & exposed lintel bricks  

While on site                      = $430/colour.

tint package

While on site                      = $598/colour.

For all larger chips, brick face, window sill ends and exposed lintel bottoms.

N.B. This applies per visit. Once while working on the scaffold and once more when we return after the scaffold has been removed, so a large double storey will usually require two visits.
