1. We sell Barracuda 10K and we clean bricks safely with a "Green" patented organic acid imported from  the USA which prevents mortar & environmental damage, metal corrosion, and brick staining.

   • We use the products and provide the services ourselves.

   • We also supply the the products and services through approved and qualified brick cleaning subcontractors who have been trained to use them​.

   • Research an appropriate chemistry and blend so they work

3. tint and colour bricks and mortar beds  with "Green" tinting or brick staining chemicals. This is called "Water Glass" chemistry which is extremely durable and was developed in Germany and we can:

   • recolour bricks

   • recolour mortar to hide repairs

   • match different sands

   • tint and blend colour on concrete walls/slabs

   • work in the architectural and heritage markets for 

   • Distress look effect

   • Harden mortar​ surfaces​​​

4. Re-point & Restore heritage buildings

   • We want to use chemistry understand the materials available to help us provide world class solutions for the heritage industry.

   • we will resource the engineering, contractors and products required​

5. all domestic and commercial cleaning undertaken.  We provide full house & commercial cleaning. Any building structure from brick work to factory walls, drives and ceiling cleaning. We tackle graffiti prevention and removal through to concrete polishing. 

6. problem solving & chemical consulting and provide a specialised chemical problem solving service using a root cause analysis process to identify the source of stains, corrosion and deposits. We will do an onsite inspection and chemical testing to identify the root cause and treat problems such as:

   • Water problems - lime scale, corrosion etc

   • Concrete problems - eg corrosion or colour 

   • Mortar problems eg hardness or colour issues.

   • Deposits eg efflorescence

   • Stains ​- all types eg manganese, efflorescence, iron and mineral silicates ​​

7. Provide chemistry experts as expert witnesses for legal conflicts.

8. provide specialised waterproofing services ​ - Often required after root cause analysis for specialised stain removal.

The Company was started in 2015 by Sibrand Ubels. Sibrand spent over 35 years working in over 60 countries in the Oil, Gas and Mining Industries with all the majors eg Shell, Mobil, ExxonMobil, BHP & Woodside.  He began working for Schlumberger as a geologist/mudlogger and then as Production Chemist for Exxon Energy and Nalco/Champion. He also worked for ConocoPhillips on a variety of products eg Conoco Drag Reducers and the DuPont RapidChek Bio test kits. During his career he actively worked on many specialised chemistry problems in oil and gas production, pipelines and processing. He holds patents in applied process chemistry and has also worked with emulsion chemistry throughout Europe for toxic waste and soil remediation projects e.g DuPont pyrolysis pitch in Maydown Ireland. He has completed post graduate courses in "Best Practice" manufacturing engineering and marketing. 

 

Sibrand recently left his position in Maxoil Inc, an International Specialised Process Engineering and Production Chemistry Consultancy, where ​​he was Maxoil Australia's Director and Company officer, to concentrate on building the ABCCC business with construction, building and brick manufacturing companies.
